Chef's Cooking Classes (4 weeks online)
Chef’s 4 Week Online Cooking Classes:
These classes run on Sundays in February from 2-5pm CST. Dates are 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23. You’ll learn:
Building a Pantry (preserves and ferments)
Stocks and Sauces and Protiens (Mushroom Tea!)
Sourdough and Yeast Breads
Pastries and Ice Cream (Yup, canele will be taught! IYKYK)
These classes will help you build your intuition. Chef give a little scientifc approach that really helps their students understand what and why things happen the way they do. The classes build on one another. On wednesdays following the sunday class, from 6pm-7pm Chef will host office hours where students are welcome to show up, ask questions, and talk in more detail about what was taught in class.
The cool part is Chef will be on the road, teaching from the camper van, in a different location every week, and in odd kitchens. So even if you just want to come for the heck of it and see how Chef cooks on the road, it’s worth the fun.
